There should be added to it a little pamphlet, which Pro- {fessor Sumner published or had printed !when I was a senior in college in 1882, en- ititled, "Political Economy and Political Science; a Selected List of Books Recom- 'mended for General Reading and for an In- troduction to Special Study."
