Kh J 6'Cs I EXCx\.VATIONS ON THE SITE OF ROMAN BUILDINGS AT KESTOK 3, Paragon, New Kent Road, Dear Sir, 27 November, 1854. In the twenty-second volume of ArclitBologia, Mr. A. J. Kcmpe has given an acconnt of some then recent discoveries, by himself and Mr. Thomas Crofton Crokcr, near the ancient entrenchment called Ca3sar's Camp, at Ilolwood Hill, Kestoii, ^ near Bromley, Kent. Those discoveries consisted of the foundation of a circular ^ Roman building, supposed to be a temple or tomb, with a square tomb, and t\\ o r,' graves, in one of which was a stone coffin, and from the other a stone cofiin had — been several years previously removed to Wickham Court. , The foundations described by Mr. Kempe are situate in a field on Keston Court \^ Farm, the property of the Rev.
