TRUMBULL GOVERNOR A # rur lantafium In compliance with the Statute I hereby designate Friday, the twenty-ninth of April next, as Arhur aun Hira ſlau and I recommend to all the people that on that day, so far as vocation and opportunity permit, they give some time to the planting of trees or shrubs and to the practical illustration of the truth that with a higher civilization comes a kinder regard for our birds.
