The Present Secretary shall be Corresponding Secretary, the two Associate .Secretaries^ Recording. II. — The officers of the Local Committees shall be appoint- AraoiatuieDt ofcd at a Regular General Meeting of the members of the SruMi residents of their respective divisions, to be holden on the first Monday of December in each year, at such place as may be agreed upon, and due notice of such Meeting shall be^ given by the Secretary of such Division.
