l8t. Tliuro Hhall hv. choHoii annually from tlio
Htockholdors at tho Annual Mooting of' the Com-
pany, Seven Directors, one of whom shall be the
President of the Company, and one the Secretary
and Treasurer, Three of whom shall form aquoruni.
2nd. The President and other Direetors shall be
eligil)le for re-ele(?tion, chosen by a majority of
votes at said Annual Meeting, the ele<ttion theretV)r
to l)e by Ballot.
JJrd. The property and stock of the (^'ompany,
and the general business and management of the
atfairs of the Company shall be under the direction
and control of said Directors,
4th. The Annual Meeting of the Company shall
be held in the Company's Building, or else where
in River John, on the first Thursday after the tirst
day of Januarj^ in eacit year. Notice of the same
bemg posted 'in not less than five public places, at
least five days before said Meeting.

submit to the Stockholders at every Annual Meet-
ing, a full and correct statement of the business of

among the Stockliolders.
13th. A Special Meeting of the Company may be
called at any time on a written requisition to the
President, nesiring him to call the same signed by
two-thirds of the Stockholders, and also when the
Directors may consider a Special Meeting of the
Company necessary they may call the same, written
notice of such Special Meeting, being forwarded by
the Secretary to each Stockholder at least six days
before the time for holding the same.
