The seal of the Section shall have tho words " Bar of Lower Canada, Section of tho District of Mont- real," and " Barrmu du Baa Canada, Section du District de Montreal" inscribed on tho margin, and shall bear a device of a pillar, with a scroll twined round it, bearing the word "Justice," inscribed on the scroll, and under the base of the column, the words " Inc. A. D. 1849." XII. The custody of the seal shall be in the Secretary for the time being, who shall countersign every deed or instrument to which he shall affix the seal. XIII.
