That the Managing Committee shall meet at least once a fortnight on the evening of every alternate Monday at half-past seven. Special meetings of the Committee vhen required to be summoned by the Secretary. ARTICLE II. Seven members of the Managing Committee shall consti- tute a quorum for the transaction of business, and in the absence of the President and all the Vice Presidents a Chairman to be appointed by the Members of the Committee. iiETICLE III. All payments shall be made by the Treasurer, under the authority of the Chairman of the Committee at ^vhose meeting the payments were ordered to be made. ARTICLE lY.
