 2. The Railway Committee .shall consist of the Commis- luilway Com-

 may be fr m time to time appointed by the Lieutenant-Gover- 
 nor in Council. 
 
 (2) Two members of the Hallway Committee shall form a Qaonm.

 Committee to l)e the Secretary of the Railway Committee. 
 
 H. The Railway Committee shall have jurisdiction over Jurudletkiiioi

 lef;is!ative jurisdiclion of this Province, and may exercise the 
 jurisdiction and |K;wrrs conferred upon the Lieutenant-tiover- 
 nor in Council and the Comniis.sioner of Public Works, or 
 either of them, by Tin Raili'ini Acf <// Oiiturio, Tlif Street 
 Ruilnity Act and The Electfic Kdilwai/ Act, or any special 
 Act respecting any railway, street railway or electric railway. 
 
 4. Every electric railway and street railway company sub- Electric ud

 upon such terms and comlitions as may be agrwd upon between 
 the respective companies, pn vided that no such af,'reement shall

 by two-thirds in value of the shareholders of each company 
 present at a special general meeting to be held for that purpose.

 fications, proofs and documents relating to the

 (7) The Railway Committee shall have the .same power to

 and allowances as if summoned to attend before the High 
 
 Court of Justice.

 all questions arising upon the applioation of any electric rail-
