Persons dismissed the service of the Company for fraud mis- conduct or dishonesty, shall forfeit all contriButions, and be deprived of any benefit whatever in the Fund, at the discretion of the Committee, with the approval of the Board. iir^AH Superannuation Allowances shall be considered as accruing from day to day, but be payable quarterly on the first day df February, May, August and November in every year, unless such d^s shall fall on a Sunday, and then on the day following, aqy;. portion of a quarter between the fast payment and the cessation of - the allowance being payable dn the following quarter-day. 12. There shall be threej^ trustees ^f the Superannuation and Provident Fund, all of whom shall be appointed by the,Directors of the said Company, and two of which trustees shall always be princi- pal Officers of the Company, and all moneys belonging to the said Fund shall be invested in the names of the trustees. In case any of the trustees for the time being shall be desirous of being discharged, oir refuse or become incapable to act, or shall be removed from their office by a vote of the Directors of the Company, they shall cease to be trustees of this Fund, and then ancf so often, and also upon the death of any trtistee the Directors of the" Company shall appoint any other qualified person to be a trustee in the place of the trustee so dying or desiring to be discharged or refusing or becoming/"" incapable to act or bei ng re moved. And all" the property belonging to the said Siip^rannuaMfcnd Provident Fund, shall as soon as pos- sible be vested in the* ew trustee or trustees jointly with the sur- viving or continuing trustee or trustees, or soliely as the case may require.
