 the jiecessary ground on the line of the Rail- 
 way at the Woodstock station and do pro- 
 vide the necessary materials in accordance 
 with plans and specifications to be prepared by 
 the Company's Engineer ; then if the said 
 company do upon such grounds and with 
 such materials erect a free Grain Warehouse 
 of two hundred feet in length and forty feet 
 in width : and also if the Corporation of 
 Ingersoll do provide the necessary grourd on 
 the line of the Railway at Ingersoll Station, 
 and do provide the necessary mat^ rials in 
 accordance with plans and specifications to 
 be prepared by the Company's engineers, 
 then, if the said Company do upon such 
 ground and with such materials erect 
 a Free Gram Warehouse of two hundred 
 feet in length and forty feet in width, 
 aud also if they do erect a Free Grain 
 VVarehouse in each of the Townships 
 of Blenhiem, Blandford and East Zor^a and 
 one at or near Beanhville, and one at or near 
 the Township of Dereham adequate to the 
 business of the respective Townships ; and 
 also, if the interest on the debentures for the 
 said bonus,, until such time as the rec/ular 
 work of constructing the road within" the 
 County of Oxford has been commenced be 
 refuucled to the County ; and also if the 
 said Company do not amalgamate with 
 any other Railway Coinpauy, either 
 betore or after construction, or leap^e the 
 said Railway to any othe» Company, 
 and also if the said Company -lo offer 
 every facility for the forming of a connection 
 with the Grand Trunk Railway at Toronto 
 and at tlie point where theBuffiilo and Lake 
 Huron Branch crosses the said Company's 
 line so that the Rolling Stock (ei.gines ex- 
 cepted of tlie Grand Trunk Railway) may 
 pass with freight to and from any point 
 in the County of Oxford over the Credit 
 Valley Railway ; and also if, and when

 said arrangements settled by arbitration of 
 three [)ersons, one to be chosen l)y each Com- 
 pany and the third by the two so chosen ; 
 also if the terms of such arrangement for 
 passa^o with freight with the Can\ada South- 
 ern Raihvay Company cannot be a-'reedunon 
 between tlie Credit VciUey Railway and the 
 Canada Southern Railway Company then if 
 the ssiid Credit Valley Raihvay Co^npany do 
 submit to have the said arrangements settled
