Subscribers to the Quebec Library must be re- ccHnmended by Proprietors, and pay in advance for the use of the books, 30s. for twelve months, and l7s. 6d. for six months. 2. The Library shall be open daily, fn Winter from 10 A. M. to 3 P. M ; and in Summer from 10 (A. M. to 4 P. M. : Sundays and the following Holidays excepted, viz. — New Year's Day, Ash Wednesday, Good j^'riday, the King's Birth Day and Christmas Day. 3. Proprietors and Subscribers are permitted to take from the Library, one folio, or one quaito volume, and keep it fourteen days ; or two volumes octavo or smaller size, and keep them ten days.
