AETICLE V. ^ The Officers of the Society shalT consist officeiH of a President, one Vice-President, a Physician, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and a Board of Directors, to consist of seven Members, all of whom shall be residents of the City of Victoria. ARTICLE VI. Stated Meetings of the Society for the j^^^^j^ ^ transaction of business shall be held on ^ ^^^' the first Wednesday in each month, but the President may call Special Meetings at such times as he shall deem necessary. The Annual Meeting of the Society for the election of Officers shall be held on the first Wednesday in December in each year, and at such meeting the Annual lleports of the Officers of the Society shall be made. Every member of this Society over the age of Twenty-one years, residing in the Members' City of Victoria, shall pay into the Trea- sury Two (2) dollars quarterly in advance, dues and every such member residing else- where in British Columbia shall pay into the Treasury Six (6) dollars per annum neglect ^^ advance. Any member residing in the City of Victoria who shall neglect to pay such dues for Six (6) months, may be stricken from the roll of membership; but any person so stricken from the roll, upon the payment of all arrearages, may by that act be re-admitted by a vote of the Directors.
