 REUIMHNTAL ORDER. 
 
 In obedience Ui tlic commniidei of His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor — 
 cominunicatcil in the annexed Circular from tiic Adjutant-General of Militia — a Muster of 
 tiic First Ilcgiincnt West York Militia will take place on Tuesday, 13th day of October, 
 instant, at Nine o'clock, Forenoon, on the Field, at the head of the College Avenue. 
 
 The Colonel-Commanding confidently relies, that when tho object of this Muster is taken 
 into consideration, and which is so fully and ably expressed in the Circular of the Adjutant- 
 General, Officers Commanding Companies will give th«ir most particular attention for ensuring 
 a full attendance of their respective Companies ; he also feels assured, that the Officers gene- 
 rally will not fail to render every assistance in their power to tho Captains of their Companies 
 on this interesting occasion. 
 
 A printed copy of this Regimental Order, with the accompany Circular from the Adju- 
 tant-General, is to be communicated to every man in the Regiment, by Officers in command 
 of Companies, together with a proper notice of the time and place of Muster ; these printeil 
 copies will be immediately furnished to the several Officers, on application to tho Colonel- 
 Commanding, in such numbers as they may require for the purpose specified. 
 
 To the Non-commissioned Officers and Men, the Colonel-Commanding feels, that in order 
 to insure a full attendance of the Regiment which he hns the honour to command, it is unne- 
 cessary on such an occasion to intimate more, than that this Muster will afford both to them 
 and to tho Officers of the Regiment, an opportunity of being enrolled among the thousands of 
 their fellow Militia-men, in Upper Canada, whose names will stand recorded as contributors 
 to this tribute of public gratitude, in the Rc-construction of the Monument, by the People of 
 this Province, to the Memory of Brock — over the scene of his last victory, and of his glorious 
 death : a Hallowed Tomb— to be regarded with pride and pleasure by Upper Canadians — 
 gratifying to tho recollection 3f the veteran Loyalist — and stimulating the Patriotism of t>.e 
 rising generation.
