Candidates for in- itiation and membership, in a Degree Temple, must be proposed and recommended by two full Degree Mem- bers of the Lodge to which they belong, one of whom shall be the Worthy Chief Tomplar, Past Worthy Chief Templar, or Lodge Deputy. The proi>osition ahall be in writing, stating name, residence, occupation, and date when the previous Degree was taken.
