While every possible precaution, under the circumstances will be taken to insure the safety of articles .sent to the exhibition, yet. it is to be distinctly under- stood that the owners must themselves take the risk of exhibiting them, and that should any article be accidently injured, lost or stolen, all the assistance possible towards the recovery of the same will be given, but no payment for the value thereof .«hall be made. Kach exhibitor, on paying his .sub- scription will be furnished with four .small admission tickets, each of which will admit the holder once, and must be given up at the gate on passing into the (^rounds. •i(». The entry tickets upon animals or artiijes will admit the person brinoinu: them to the (Irounds for exhibition. along with such animals or articles, without the use of any other ticket. Afterwards such parties must Ix; provided with proper- admission ticket upou application to the Secretary. 21 . Neces.sary attendants upon stock and articles belonging to the exhibiters, will be furnished with admission tickets with their names written upon them, which will be good at the KxhUntirii (jntr •mhi. during the exhibition. 22. Servants in charge of stock will be subject t(; the orders of the directing mem- bers of the Council of Agriculture in each class. 2;]. Tickets of admission to those who are not exhibiters will be issued on Tues- day at .^)() cents each, and on VVcd- iiesday, Thursday and Friday, at 25 cents. Children under iourteeu years ot age, half price, in accordance with the above rates. Judges and their duties. 24. The judges will be appointed from beyond the" Province as far as pos,sible, previous to the exhibition and will receive a circular inibrming them of the fact and inviting them to act. 25. The judges are requested to report themselves at the oftice of the Secretary for who,se Department they have been named presenting their circul'ir of appointment im- mediately on then- arrival at the grounds. 2tl.
