 NORTON. 
 
 OuDEREi), That no neat cattle of any kind be allowed to 
 run at large on any of the public roads or highways Avithin 
 the limits of one mile in every direction from the Norton 
 railway station house. And any such cattle so found running 
 at large shall and may be imi)ounded by any constable, hog- 
 reeve or pound-keeper, Avho shall be respectively entitled to 
 the same fees as provided by any Regulations for such services. 
 
 Okdered, That no neat cattle, horses, sheep, swine or geese, 
 be allowed to run at large at any time on any of tlie lowlands 
 or meadoAvs, lying on both sides of the Kennebeccasis River, 
 betAA^een Norton bridge and the eastern side line of the Parish 
 of Norton, and it shall lie the duty of all pound keepers, con- 
 stables and hogreeves, and they are hereby empoAvered to take 
 up and impound any animal found going at large contrary to 
 this Regulation, and such jiound keejier, constable or liogreeve 
 shall be entitled for his services to such fees as are provided 
 by a previous Regulation.

 Ordered, That an annual fair for the Parish of Cardwell

 on the first Thursday in October, and a second Annual IVir 
 at or near the store of A. S. Baxter, in Mechanics' Settlement, 
 on the third Tuesday in October, in each year. 
 
 WATERFORD. 
 
 Whereas, It is deemed expedient for the better sale of 
 all kinds of live stock, that there shall bo more than one Fair 
 annually in the Parish of Waterford, in King's County. 
 
 Therefore Ordered, That there be three Fairs annually 
 that is to say : one on the fourth Tuesday in July; one on the

 Wif i:kkas, an inadvertence has been made in tiie Re^^ulations 
 and Ordinances passed at the Fe1)rnary Sessions, A. D. 1874, 
 regardin<T tlie rnnninp^ at 1ar;re of cattle in the Parish of 
 lEanipton, and only restricting- the running' at larii^e of such 
 cattle to within one-lialf mile of the Court House, and within 
 one-half mile of the Bridge crossing tlie Kennebeccasis at 
 ]Ianipton Ferry; therefore 
 
 OuiJEHEi), That cattle be restricted from running at large 
 on the roads in the Parish of IIam])ton, and that the fine shall 
 be levied under Section 11 of the Cattle Regulations, ])ub- 
 lished in 1874, and the fine to be imposed for each head of 
 neat cattle be 50 cents. 
 
 KINGSTON. 
 
 Ordkred, That no neat cattle be allowed to run or be at 
 large within the Parish of Kingston, on any of the ])ul)lic 
 liighways, roads, streets, or places hereinafter mentioned, that 
 is to say: between the points between Snider's upper line and 
 the within one-half mile of tlie old Court House in Kingston 
 Village. 
 
 ROTHESAY. 
 
 Ordered, That Section 11 of Regulations regarding cattle 
 running at Large 3n the Parish of Rothesay, be amoided so 
 that a fine of one dollar bo put on coavs, heifers, oxen, steers, 
 mares or geldings running at large contrary to sucli Regula- 
 tions, and that such Regulations extend to the whole Paiish of 
 Rothesay.

 farm of John E. Titus, and secondly, that ])ortion of the 
 road leading fr<mi the She])ody road to the Sussex new line 
 which lies ])etween Hammond Vale and Sussex Parish line.

 in the Parish of Norton, on that part of the i)ublic highway 
 starting from the school-honse at Alfred Matthews', and run- 
 ning to the railway crossing near Michael Gallagher's, subject 
 to the same Regulations as other sections of the County of 
 King's, where neat cattle are prohibited from running at 
 large. 
 
 Ordered, That no neat cattle be allowed to run at large in 
 the Parish of Norton on that part of the public highway start- 
 ing from the })ost office at Bloomfield Corner, and running 
 past Bloomfield station to the post road, at or ncarMcCready's, 
 subject to the same Regulations as other sections of the 
 County of King's, where neat cattle are prohibited from run- 
 ning at large. 
 
 Ordered, That no neat cattle be allowed to run at large on 
 the highway in the Parish of Norton, from the IIami)ton 
 bridge "to the lower line of the parish of Lower Norton, sub- 
 ject "to the same Regulations as other highways in King's

 Oldtield's mills to Isaac Coats and otliers. Provided always, 
 that any owner or occupier of lands in the said district, shall 
 be i)rivilcged to pasture liis own land when it is enclosed by 
 a lawful fence; and it shall be the duty of all pound keepers, 
 constables and hogreeves, and they are liereby empowered to 
 take up and impound any animal going at hirge contrary to 
 this foregoing liegulation, and any such pound keeper, con- 
 stable and hogreeve shall be entitled for his services to such
