 4. The regular meetings for the transaction of 
 bnsjness shall be held on the first Thursday of 
 e:ioh nionth at 7.30 p. m., when all business on 
 liund 18 to be finished before a Seance can take 
 place. 
 
 5. The President shall convene special meet- 
 ings when he shall deem proper, or at the request 
 of two Directors, or five members of the Society 
 Ail members shall be notified of such special 
 meeting by at least three days notice.

 millings the Secretary, Treasurer and Librarian 
 shall give their respective reports; after which 
 the election of officers of the Society shall take
