In this connection will he given the text of the legal o])inion of three noted Queen's Counsel on these provisions, which was published in March, 18()7. The work will o.vtend to between 200 and 250 pages of printed matter. It will contain a sketch, or narrative, of the ])rincipal proceedings, incidents, and more im[iortant correspondence and conferences which took j)lace on the sul)- ject of Separate Schools from 1841 to 18(),'5, and such later proceedings in regard to these schools, down to 187<), as may be of interest.
