A good specimen of this date, extremely rare . Kentuckey copper. Device, a hand halding a scrolf,. our cause is just. Legend, unanimity is strenth of society, reverse 15 stars in the foi'm of a triangle, con- taining the the initials of each State. 1 U. S. A., copper. Device, thirteen bars, reverse, three letters U. S. A., very fine. 1767 Louisiana copper. This coin was gotten up in France, by the Government for a copper currency to be circulated in its Louisiana colonies, where it appears to have been stamped by the officials, with the initials " R.
