Intending Exhibitors and Visitors are particularly requested to read carefully and consider the following Rules and Regu- lations governing the Exhibition which will be in all cases stifictly enforced. AD.>IISSIO!« TO the: 6R0LKD§. The price of admission will be— adults, 2." cents, children, 10 cents, each time of entering and each person must be provided with a proper ticket before entering. Tickets will be on sale at different places througliout the city, and also at the ticket boxes on either side of main building. Necefesary attendants upon Stock and Machinery will be furnished with special passes. Not more than one attendant's ticket will be issued to any exhibitor except in the case of Live Stock and Machinery which may require extra attendants. As these tickets are positively not transferable under any circuniotances, exhibitors who may desire to change their attendant must have their tickets exchanged at the S cretary's otBce. Judges and members of the Press will be furnished wit__ badges. The entry tickets upon animals or articles will admit the person bringing them to the Show Grounds for exhibition along with such animals or articles without the use of any other ticket. The entries for all dogs must contain the name and address of the bona fide owner, also name of dog, age, names of sire and dam, and name of breeder if known. If the name of a dog has been changed, the old name must be entered in the entry paper. The Directors reserve to themselves the right to remove any dog from the Exhibition on account of disease, vice, or any other cause. The Consulting Veterinary Surgeon shall decide whether a dog is suffering from disease, and his decision shall be final. The Judges may withhold any or all prizes in any section where animals are not of suf- ficient merit. The age of dogs shall be computed from 1st January, 1891. No dog will be permitted to leave the grounds at night until a deposit of $1 has been made with the Secretary as security the dog will be returned before 9 a.m. on the following day. Dogs will not be received unless supplied with a suitable collar and chain.
