A Subscriber shall be entitled to depu* te another to recommend Patients in his or her stead, or to transfer his power of re- commendation to the Medical Officer, and when any Patient has been three month* on the books, the person recommending the Patient shall be at liberty to recomrnend ' another, in the same manner as if the first had been dismissed. 3. Subscribers of Ten Shillings, yearly, or more, shall be Managers, so long as their subscriptions are continued. 4. Subscribers of Five Guineas at once, shall be Managers for life, and shall be en- titled to have two Patients on the books for every five Shillings they have subscribed. 4.
