The Wheels are to be subject to the ai)proval of the Company's Mechanical Superintendent. 3. Tliey are to be madt! entirely of " Salisbury," "Three Rivers," or other approved brands of Cold Blast Iron, excepting " Lake Superior" Iron. 4. They must be made to tracing furnished by the Company and guaranteed to wear for one year from date of being placed under engine or car, or failing this, to be replaced by the (Contractor free of charge. 5.
