 procession on the River in their canoes, passing round the men of war and landing 
 on the New Road, whence they will proceed to the Cricket Ground. 
 
 At 12.30, Mrs. Seymour will present a set of Colours to the Xew Westminster 
 Rifle Volunteers, on the Cricket Ground; after which the Governor will receive 
 and address the Indian Chiefs. 
 
 At 2.25, there will be a succession of Indian Canoe Races, between the Camp and 
 Herring's. 
 
 At 4 o'clock, athletic sports and games will take place on the Cri'^ket Ground, as
