Nothing in this Act contained shall authorize the Grand Temple to hold real estate exceeding the aforesaid value of thirty thousand dollars for a longer period than may be reasonably necessary to allow of selling; the same. 13. All Subordinate Temples that may become incorporated under the provisions of this Act, and the members thereof, shall from thenceforward be and become subject and amenable to the by-laws, rules and regulatfons of the Grand Teltaple of the Independent Order of Good Templars of Cana- da, and shall havov^nd exercise all their powers and privil- eges under this A^ subject to the said by-laws, raids and regulations, and n^Bptherwise. ,^^ 3(4.
