 TOR, for the county of in conformity to the 
 Act 1st. William IV., Chap. 7 ; I beg leave to call upon you, in the persuasion 
 that you will be pleased to furnish me with all informations on which by law, 
 I am obliged to report to the Provincial Legislature. 
 
 Herein inclosed w?!' be found the points on which will be thankfully received 
 every information which it will be in your power to furnish me, during my vi-

 of the inhabitants. 
 Number of scholars paying and instructed gratis.

 If attendance has been regular, and if any false statements or returns have 
 
 been made, and by whom. 
 If making good progress, if clean and orderly in their behaviour. 
 If any improper books are used and what are they. 
 If allowance or claim ought to be continued, admitted or suspended, and for 
 
 what reason suspended, or discontinued. 
 If any complaints of abuses and dillererces have prevailed respecting the 
 
 schools, or moi.ey allowed and if any still subsisting, how ought they 
 
 to be removed. 
 Proper division of the whole parish, township &c. into school districts for 
 
 the most convenient attendance of scholars distinguishing each district 
 
 by a number, and some well known boundary clearly defined, and 
 
 shewing the most suitable site in each for a school house, and the 
 
 greatest distance from the extremities of proposed district to the school.
