That as at present prescribed by His Excellency the Conimander-in-Ohicf, or as may be hereafter ordered, from which no deviation will be allowed. Each OHicer, on appointment to the Battalion, will at once provide himself with a full and undress suit, as als J with a suit of winter uniform, when the season shall arrive, in accordance with the regula- tions on the subject. Any neglect in this respect, after a period of two months, will subject him to be reported to the proper authorities for disobe- dience of orders, and to be dealt with as the case may require. COMMAND AND RESPONSIBILITY. l.
