For the promotion of these objects it was

 tant Secretary when necessary, and a Treasurer. 
 
 IV. There shall be a Standing Committee, consisting of tho 
 Officers, all tho Clergy, and as many Laymen as it shall be^thou-rhi 
 convenient to choose at the Annual Meeting of the Society Th«
