Wilson, P. 0. bux 6y0, Falifax, or with the Treasurer, A. ^laokiuh^y, 137 (!raiivillc Street, Halifax, at least one week previous to the Exlii- bition, namely, not later than Tuesday, 27th August, and exhibitors failing to forward their entry pajiers l:>y that date will uot be allowed to compete for prizes. Entry blanks will be supplied to intend- ing exhibitors by the Secretary or Trea- surer. 3. An entry ticket, with a luimber but no exhibitor's name, will be given by the Secretary for each exhibit, which entry ticket must be attached by the ex- hibitor to his exhibit, for identification. 4. The Piink will be open on Monday, 2nd September, the day preceding the Exhibition, from 1 till 9 o'clock p. m., for the reception and arrangement of specimens, and on the morning of Tues- rlay 3rd, from G till 9 o'clock a. m., by which time all specimens must be ar- ranged and ticketed and the room cleared. No person except exhibitors and tlioi^t^ engaged in making arrangemeutri will bo admitted previous to the opening of the Exhibition. 5. All specimens must be properly named and labelled as far as possible. 6. The Committee reserve the privi- lege to reject any specimens which they may consider unworthy or unlit for Ex- hibition. All exhibits shall Ijc under their sole control, and none can bo re- moved before thu close of the Exliibition without their permission. 7. Competent judges will be employed to make the awards, and no protest will be entertained, except in case > if evidence of fraud. Xo judge shall be a competi- tor in a variety where his decision is to be given. Judges must not let their awards be known, except through the Executive Committee. 8.
