The first to take place in Chatham, on Wednesday, the 1st of October ; the second at Doug- iastown or the following day, Thursday 2nd of October. The sutu of X6 will he offered as Premiums at each of the Ploughing Matches, subject to the under- mentioned conditions : — 1st Class. Open to all competitors, except the per- sons who have received the first prize on any former Ploughing Match of the Society. For the best Ploughman 15 Second best 10 Third best 15 2nd Class.
