 Sec. 9. — All dues, itc, shall l>e collected by the Secretary,

 on the regular Lodge night preceding the Anniversary 
 which is to he held on St. John's Day (24th June) in each 
 year, and at any <,ther time when a member of the 
 LfKlge shall require it, such memb»»r first giving one 
 months* notice in open Lmlge to that effect. The sum 
 of Thirty cents shall be paid to the Tyler of the Lodge 
 for his attendance each night of meeting, and Fifty 
 cents for the initiation of each candidate. All monies 
 collected by the Secretary, shall, within two days after 
 rfceipt of fame, be handed over to the Treasurer, 
 who it required, shall deposit the sfune in the Bank of 
 Montreal, to account of Twillingate L«)dge, No. 2364, to lie 
 disposed of agreeably tt» the decision of a majority of 
 the members present at any meeting of the Lodge. 
 Every cheque for such monies to be signed by the Master 
 and 'treasurer. 
 
 Sec. 10.— Any member of this LfnJge who may be desirous 
 of resigning his Membership, shall give notice of »och 
 intention. Such notice to l»e given either by letter or in 
 person on a night of meeting, and the Brother so resigning 
 shall pay uphisdues and tines totheday of his resignation 
 inclusive. 
 
 See, 11.— The Worshipful Ma.ster and Wardens shall !« a 
 Committe of Charity, and have power at >.ny time to draw on 
 the Treasurer, through the Master, for any sum not exceed- 
 ing Fourdollars currency, to liestow on a distressed worthy
