That i Warden STAMDIIVft RULES. ■♦+♦• i: That the Municipal Council do meet at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, and if at that hour there is not a Quorum, the Warden uiay take the Chair and adjourn to a certain hour on the same or the following day. 2. That whenever the Warden is obliged to adjourn the Council for want of a Quorum, the hour at which such adjournment is made, and the names of the Councillors pi-esent, shall be inserted in the Minutes. 3.
