 That the Clerk of this Council be instructed to request 
 the (Council of every County in the Province to co-operate 
 with this Council in petitioning the Dominion Legislature for 
 the following purpose, viz : To create a Railway Cun.mic,.^iGn. 
 with power to setthj all disputes between individuals, corpora- 
 tions or companies, and all Railways doing business, or who 
 uiay hereafter do business in the Dominion. Also to com- 
 pel such Railway Companies to so arrange their tariff us to do 
 justice to all parties, and abolish all discriminations in favor 
 of individuals, and to so arrange their trains as to give all 
 possible accommodation to the public. Carried.
