 122. A Lodge Seal shall be furnished, which .'^hall remain in 
 the custody of the Master, and which shall be prefixed to all 
 proper documents. Should it be hereafter changed, tho impres- 
 sion so adopted shall bo transmitted to tho District G. Secretary at 
 the earliest opportunity. 
 
 23. There shall be no new IJye-Laws or Rules of Order 
 enacted, nor any repealed, suspended, or otherwise altered, with- 
 out the consent of a two-thirds vote of the members present, at a 
 meeting especially called for that purpose, and the approval of 
 tho District Grand IMaster, and all matters relating to the 
 business of the Lodge not particularly provided for in the Bye- 
 Laws, shall be regulated by the Master according to the "Laws 
 and Constitution," general regulations and ancient usages of the 
 Craft. 
 
 24. The Bye-Laws shall be signed by all the members of the 
 Lodge, and strictly adhered to.

 Lodge, or who shall not obey the gavel of the iNIaster when 
 called to order, shall for the first ollence bo adjuonished by the 
 Master ; for the second be compelled to withdraw from the room 
 for the evening ; and should he for the third time be guilty 
 of a similar offence, he shall be su.-jiended, until he in open 
 Lodge make proper acknowledgement of tli" fault, and promise
