By-Law Chapter II. passed in May, 1846. , ^Whereas, by By-Law chapter II. passed in May, i846, the sum of £20 was provided for the erection of a Bridge in the Streanl between lots 5 and H5 in the 4th concession of Stanley ; and whereas the building of the 6aid Bridge has been otherwise provided for : Be it enacted, by the Warden and Municipal Coun- cil of the District of Huron, in pursuance of the Act ^4th and 5th Victoria, chap. X., and the Act 9th Vic- toria, chapter XL., and be it enacted by the authority of the same, that the said By-Law chapter II. passed in May, 1846, be, and is hereby declared, repealed. 2d. That the Clerk of the Peace, infilling up the Collectors' rolls, . shall deduct four- fifths of the amount paid by individuals in 1843 from the taxes of the present year, and place the balance opposite the names of such individuals. 2d.
