I ARTICLE I,— NAME. Soct. 1. This institution shall be deDominated the " Broth- erhood of Temperance Watchmen f and each branch shall be known as a Teujperance Watchman Club. Sect. 2. This branch shall be called the- Club No.—, of Temperance Watchmen of Nova Scotia. ARTICLE II.— OFFICERS. Sect 1*. The Officers of this Club shall be a S. 0,, J. 0., C;, K. S., C. S., T., M., and k. M., to be elected as the lant regu- lar meeting in December, March, June, and September, and installed at the first regular meeting in January, April, July and October. Sect. 2. After a Clnb has been organized tliree terms no person shall be eligible to the office of S. 0., unless he has held an office during some preceding term.
