C. 1. Where Money, Stocks or Securities are concerned. / ^/ve and bequeath unto the Treasurer for the time being' of the British Columbia Protestant Orphans Home, in Vietoria, B. C. , the sum of $ free of Legaey duty. A nd I direet that the receipt of the Treasurer for the time being of the said Institution shall be a sufficient discharge for the Legacy, which is to be applied to the general pur- poses of the said Institution. 2. Where Lands or Houses are concerned. / give unto the Treasurer of the British Columbia Protestant Orphans' Home, in Victoria, B.C., all those lands, houses and premises known as (here describe them by situation, boundaries, extent and occupation as nearly as possible ), to be sold or held by him as the Committee of Management may decide for the benefit of the said Institution.
