 Adulteration consists in the presence of matteis foreign to Cinnamon or Caaria,

 When the amount of foreign matter is inconsiderable, and possibly due to miaUke, 
 or unintentional carelessness I have used the word doubthil. 
 
 Abnormal aah in the absence of legal Standards for the article, cannot be declared

 asregardi' ash content ; and this matter will be kept in view by your Advisory Board.
