 It, shall 1)0 the duty ..f all persons who may desire to take 
 the water, to re<,Mster tlieir luiiries in a botik kept for that 
 purpose by the O.nui.issioners ; „lso, till (mt and si.^n a

 water is designed to be used ; and should an additional use 
 of water be required at any suhsoquent time, all persons 
 requinng the same must notity the Commissioners in writin.^ 
 before such use will be allowed. "' 
 
 No owner or temmt will be allowed to supply water to 
 other peroons or families, without the consent of 'the Watei' 
 Commissioners. 
 
 The water rents are to be paid quarterly, in advance, at the 
 Water Commissioners' Office, on the 1st October, 1st January. 
 Ist April, and 1st July. 
 
 No addition to, or alteration whatever, in or about any 
 tap, pipe or water (!ock, shall be made, or caused to be made 
 by any person without permission, first had in writing, from 
 the Water Commissioners. 
 
 It will not be pei-mitted to use a hose or jet to wash 
 carnages or horses, unless the same be appi-oved of by the 
 Commissioners, or by a person ap pealed by them.
