 A. D. CAMERON :_Saw Defendant, McDonald, on the evening of 15th July at Plaintiff's 
 Isaid seizure was illegal and that oxen should be returned. He said McCoinbe wo'uk „ re urn

 AVILLIAM CANNON :-Worked for Plaintiff last summer. On the 10th of July Plaintiff

 THOMAS MCCOMBE :-The Plaintiff's oxen troubled me a good deal. On the 9th July 30 
 th y were in my meadow, and I asked Plaintiff to keep them out. He said Cannon could .0
