 The following chan>,'-e.s in the StatT and Districts of the Mechanical Department 
 will take effect from July ist 
 
 Mr. A. H. Smith to be District Assistant Mechanical Superintendent, in charo-e 
 of the Western section of the Grand Trunk proper and Northern and Northwestern, 
 with headquarters at Toronto. 
 
 Mr, P. Clarke to be District Assistant Mechanical Superintendent, in charge 
 of the Midland, and that portion of the Central Division from Kingston to York, 
 inclusive, with headquarters at Toronto. 
 
 Mr. J. \V. Harkom to be District Assistant Mechanical Superintendent, in charge 
 of the Divi-sion between Point Levis, Portland and Brockville, all inclusive, with head- 
 quarters at Richmond. 
 
 Mr. J. D. Barnett will be Assistant Mechanical Superintendent, in charge of the 
 workshops at Stratford.
