 up at Amherstburgh, in the Western District, upon the 
 Faith of Licences of Occupation from the Officers com* 
 manding at the Post, the Towii Plot being considered 
 part of the Military Reserve; His Excellency, desirous 
 to quiet the Possession of the Inhabitants of the said 
 Town of AmherstbUrgh, has caused a Report to be made 
 to him of the Lots occupied therein, the names of the 
 present Tenants, and the authority under which they 
 hold; 
 
 NOTICE 
 
 Is hereby given, that such Persons having just claim, 
 who are desirous to receive legal Confirmation thereof, 
 may transmit to the Clerk of the Executive Council, 
 the several Documents under which they Hold, in order 
 to receive Grants of their respective Lots, in like manner 
 and upon the same Terms as other Town Lots are usually
