 The Hon. Edward Blake ^7ill address the Electors of the County of Elgin 
 at the vSkating Rink, St. Thomia. on Monday, 5th June, at 7.30 p. m. It is 
 proposed to receive him at the G. VV. R., station at 3 p. m. 
 
 All officers of Reform Associations in the County are on the deception 
 Committer. It is desired that there should be as large an attendaace as 
 possibls at the station to give Mr. Blake a fitting welcome on this, Iiis first 
 visit to the County in hia capacity as leader of the Reform par'.v in Canada. 
 Tliose of our friends who drive in should proceed with their teams to the 
 railway station at 3 p. m. 
 
 After the meeting special trains will be in waiting for the acommodation of 
 people living along the 0. S. R. & G. W. R , who wish to return home the 
 same night. 
 
 Kindly inform our friends in your nei^^hborhood of the proposed demon- 
 stration, and see that the attendance both at the reception and at the evening 
 meeting shall be such as to reflect credit upon the Liberal party in this county.
