The Chairman and Secretaries of all Suh-Cjm- mitteea. 5. All local members of the Arran<^emont Com- mittee not included in the above. SUB-COMMITTEES. The following are ex-officio members of all Subcom- mittees : — 1. The President- Elect. 2. The Honorary Treasurer. 3. The Honorary Local Secretaries. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. The duty of the Executive Committee is to control, either directly, or through the Sub-Committees, the whole of the details of the meeting on the plan settled by the Arrangement Committee. Each Sub-Committee should report to the Eyecutivo Committee as often as may bo necessary to enalde it to arrange for the harmonious working of the various depart- ments as a whole, and to control the expenditure. It will probably be found convenient, as the time foi' the Annual Meeting draws near, to nave i-egular tixed dates (? fortnightly) for the meetings of the Executive (Com- mittee. It is the duty of the Executive C imiclee to issue the invitations to all entertainments provided by them, such as the Dinner, Soiree, etc. NOTE.— In order to nrovide for a proper supervision of accounts, etc., all matter lor printing mupc be sent to the Printing and Publishing Sub-Oomuiittee for transmission to the Printers. *^ Each Sub-Committee is requested to keep on accurate record of its proceedings in order that an abstract may be made of them for use on future occasions* M-
