 Perceiving by the outlines of a certa 
 
 vincial Parliament, as published in the newspapers, for divi 
 se% eral Distrcts, as appear to require such a measure, witi 
 powers whereby the Local Authorities may whenever they 
 the County, make provision for holding the Courts, &<fi in thei 
 injustice is done by said Bill to the Home District, and t 
 Western Sections in particular ; for it will be seen that whil 
 Districts into two or more Counties, some of which do not coi 
 of any one of our /our Ridings, the whole Home District, th 
 the Province is carefully left with but on^ Registry, pne Co 
 to be kept, held and conducted in the 0^ of Toronto, 
 future subdivision to meet the wants and wishes of the inhi
