That within six montlis after the receipt of our Engineer's final report on the Kootenay ri'clamation scheme, we form a limited liability company, with a cajiital of at least tifty thousand ( t.'idJlOO) pounds sterling, for the purpose of carrying through th(^ reclamation and colonisation of the lands now considered. That the head otlice of this com))any be in London, England, with an agent in Victoria, M. C, and represeutatives in at least six of the most iui- jiortant Amei'ican and Hui'opean cities. f).
