Rule 2S. — No diseased animal, or its flesh, and no decayed, diseased, or unfit meat, tisb, vep^otablcs or fruit, or diseased, adulterated or impure milk, or othci' impure, diseased, or adulterated article used as food or drink, sliall be sold or otlered for sale as such. Rule 2^). — The Lo^al Health Officer may submit such diseased, adulterated or unwholesome food to the public analyst, who shall analyse the same, and forward his report to the Local Bo ird of Health.
