BY-LAW

Respecting the Taxation of Dogs.

The Municipal Council of the County
of Middlesex enacts as follows :

1st, That the tax on dogs established by an Act of
the Pariiament of the Province of Ontario,
entitled "An Act to impose a Tax on Dogs
' and for the Protection of Sheep," Chap. 194 of
the Revised Statutes of Ontario, be maintain-
ed, but that the application of the proceeds
thereof by the said Act provided shall be and
the same is hereby dispensed with.
