Dec. Jany. and Feby. the Packet-Boats pafs Halifax and deliver the Mails for Canada to the Agent for Bri- tifh Packet-Boats at New York, who forwards them throjjgh the United States by the neareft poft route for Montreal. A Mail for England is difpatched from Quebec oncC every fortnight in fummer and once a month in winter to be put on board the firfl Packet-Boat for Falmouth* A Mail for Burlington in the United States is made up at Quebec every Thurfday, and at Montreal every Saturday, by which conveyance LttU may be (ent for Europe under cover to a friend at New ifork, on paying the Canadian Poftage at the office at which the Letter IS put in.
