Dr. Tyler, representing Cornell University. Those charged with written addresses from the Universities they represent will hand them to the Chancellor at the close of Dr. Tyler's speech. The Chancellor will receive the addresses standing, and will formally thank the Delegates for their presence and for their con- gratulations.
