That the Inspector of the said Township of Raleigh shall, in his discretion, have full power to endorse on the license of any person retailing spirituous Liquorw, permission to sell the Liquors mentioned in Us license, at any place out of his house, on his premi- ses or to remove from the house licensed to any other house, to be described in the endorsement, and situate within the said Munici- pality of Raleigh, and such permission ahall authorise the holder thereof to sell such liquors in the house mentioned in the endorse- ment, during the unexpired portion of the term for which the license was granted, and upon the same terms and conditions, and any bond or security which such party may have given for any pur- pose relative to such license shall apply to the house or place to which such removal is authorised.
